Our teams from Basel, Lausanne, London, and Madrid came together for a three-day retreat in Tamraght, Morocco — an annual tradition where our international colleagues celebrate creativity, connection, and togetherness.

Surrounded by ocean waves and desert light, the Studio Banana team reconnected through shared moments that celebrated energy, common purpose, trust and the spirit of collaboration.

Between surf sessions, sunrise yoga lessons, and moments overlooking the Atlantic, the staff embraced the essence of collective flow and explored the Studio’s core values: Joy & Passion of Togetherness, Creative Confidence, Curiosity & Open-mindedness, always guided by Authenticity & Integrity.

This offsite not only strengthened bonds across our international teams but also reignited our shared vision: to continue reimagining how to improve people’s lives through design, inspired by nature, movement, and collective energy.
