Our teams from Basel, Lausanne, London, and Madrid came together for a three-day retreat in Mallorca, continuing our beloved annual tradition of celebrating creativity, fostering connection, and strengthening our sense of togetherness.

In the heart of Mallorca, at a traditional island finca, the Studio Banana team came together to create new memories, strengthen bonds and rediscover the power of collaboration. Through a range of activities, we celebrated our shared purpose, built trust and embraced the value of moving forward together.

From a lively tapas challenge and a boat trip along the Mallorcan coast to an inspiring visit to Camper’s factory, the Studio Banana team explored new ways of connecting, collaborating and creating together. Discovering Camper’s creative process offered fresh perspectives on design and innovation, while exploring the architecture of Palma invited us to look at the city through a new lens, seeking inspiration in its forms, details and spaces.

This offsite went beyond bringing our international teams together. It forged new relationships, sparked curiosity and encouraged us to see the world from different perspectives, reaffirming our shared belief in the power of design to inspire, connect and improve people’s lives.

It also offered a valuable opportunity to look ahead, envision what’s next for Studio Banana and align around our upcoming goals, challenges and shared ambitions as we prepare to celebrate our 20th anniversary next year.
