Senior Architect Technologist or Computational Designer

We are looking for a Senior Architect Technologist or Computational Designer to lead technological implementation across our projects. Your dual mission: ensure excellence in BIM delivery using Archicad, and integrate AI tools to supercharge our conceptual exploration and generative design phases. You will serve as the bridge between abstract ideation and digital construction.

Job Description

What we are looking for

➞ +5 years of professional experience as BIM Manager in ARCHICAD. Mastery of teamwork, property management, and complex documentation.

➞ Visual Generative AI Experience: Proven command of different AI tools (portfolio must demonstrate control over those tools, e.g., use of ControlNet or advanced prompting strategies).

➞ Experience with real-time rendering engines (Twinmotion, Enscape) and enhancing their output via AI.

➞ Knowledge of OpenBIM standards (IFC, BCF).

➞  Capacity to explain complex technological concepts to non-technical team members.

➞  Analytical & creative mind.

➞  Proactive: You don’t wait to be told which new tool to test next.

➞  Fluent in English.

Nice to have

➞ Programming knowledge (Python) for scripting in Rhino/ Grasshopper or task automation.

➞ Parametric Design: Advanced level in Rhinoceros and Grasshopper.

➞ Demonstrable experience using the “Archicad-Grasshopper Live Connection”.


Responsibilities

➞ BIM Leadership: Help the team to develop and coordinate complex projects in GRAPHISOFT Archicad, ensuring high standards of modeling, data management, and complex documentation. You will also contribute directly to projects, bringing tangible value to the team.

➞ AI Conceptual Exploration: Utilize different AI tools for rapid concept generation, moodboarding, and design alternatives in early project stages.

➞ Generative Design: Implement workflows (likely via Grasshopper + Archicad Connection) for design optimization and parametric exploration.

➞ Internal R&D: Explore and test new AI tools in architecture, proposing ways to integrate them into the studio workflow.

➞ Mentorship: Train the design team in the basic use of these emerging technologies.
