Job Description
MUST HAVE:
– Experienced in lean methodologies, specially design thinking and lean start-up
– Ability to design, facilitate and synthesise co-design workshops with user groups
– Ability to understand business objectives and metrics
– Leadership skills to facilitate co-design workshops, team-working soft skills
– Professionally proficiency English
NICE TO HAVE:
– Team-working soft skills
– Spanish, French or German would be a bonus
