As member of the Innovation team and as Change Manager, you will participate in relevant projects such as EY Experience Center, CirCoLab, or Workcocoon.

Job Description

MUST HAVE:

– Deep knowledge of business innovation methodologies and tools

– Ability to understand business objectives and metrics

– Deep understanding of team dynamics and transition psychology

– User-centered design competences

– Capacity to adapt to multiple contexts

– Ability to design, facilitate and synthesise workshops with user groups

– Professionally proficiency English

 

NICE TO HAVE:

– Team-working soft skills

– Spanish, French or German would be a bonus
